Privacy policy
Qrock is run by Ozvenik Limited (“we”, “us”). This page explains what personal information Qrock collects, why, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. For anything here, write to support@qrocksuite.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address and a password (we store only a scrambled version, never the password itself). If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name and email from them.
- Your business: what you enter when you set up and use Qrock, such as the business name, country, locations and addresses, tax settings, the apps you choose, and the names, emails and roles of people you invite.
- Security and technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and when you signed in, so we can keep accounts safe and limit abuse.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact form or by email, and the emails Qrock sends you (sign-up codes, invitations and password resets).
Qrock does not contain advertising and we do not sell your information.
Why we use it
- To create your account and run the service you asked for.
- To sign you in and protect your account, including two-step sign-in if you turn it on.
- To send the emails above, and to answer your messages.
- To keep Qrock secure, fix problems and work out how to improve it.
- To meet legal duties.
Who helps us
We use these companies to run Qrock. They handle information only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare: hosting, and running our servers and website.
- Neon: our database. Business data is stored in the United States.
- Resend: sending our emails.
- Google and Microsoft: only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Google Fonts: our website loads its fonts from Google, which means Google sees your IP address when you visit.
When we introduce paid plans, payments will be handled by payment companies (such as Paddle and Stripe), and we will update this page first.
Where it is kept
Your account and business data are stored in the United States. If you are in another country, that means your information is transferred there. We rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, and on contracts, to protect it.
Cookies and storage
Qrock uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage to remember choices such as light or dark mode and your current business and location. These are needed for the app to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and the business data in it, and we will, unless the law requires us to keep something. Records of security events may be kept for a limited time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, have it deleted, or object to how we use it. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and, where they apply to you, the UK and EU GDPR and similar laws. To use any right, email support@qrocksuite.com. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Businesses and their people
If you were invited to a business on Qrock, the business owner decides what information is kept about its people and customers. For that information the business is responsible, and we act on its behalf. Ask the business first; we will help them respond.
Children
Qrock is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
