Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Ozvenik Limited (“we”, “us”), who run Qrock. By creating an account or using Qrock you agree to them. If you use Qrock for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.
The service
Qrock is software for running a small business: selling, stock, staff and accounts. Parts of Qrock are still being built, and we may add, change or remove features. We will try to give notice of changes that matter.
Your account
- Give us correct information and keep your sign-in details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Every business has one owner. The owner can invite people, give them roles, transfer ownership, and close the business. Owners and admins are responsible for the people they invite.
- Tell us quickly at support@qrocksuite.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
Using Qrock properly
Do not use Qrock to break the law, to harm or deceive others, to attack or overload our systems, to try to reach another business’s data, or to resell Qrock without our permission. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Your data
The information you put into Qrock stays yours. You allow us to store and process it to run the service for you, as described in ourprivacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter it, including information about your staff and customers. Please keep your own copies of anything important; you can ask us for an export.
Plans and payment
Qrock has a Free plan today. Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Enterprise) are described on our website and will be switched on later. Prices are in US dollars before tax. When we start charging, we will show you the price and ask you to agree before anything is billed, and we will give notice before prices change.
Tax and accounting tools
Qrock helps you work out tax, payroll and accounts using settings you can change. These are tools, not professional advice, and rules differ by place and change over time. Check your settings and results with a qualified accountant or adviser.
Availability
We work to keep Qrock running, and the till is built to keep selling without internet, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We provide Qrock “as is”.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you are on the Free plan. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending this agreement
You can stop using Qrock and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. Sections that by nature should continue (such as our limit of responsibility) continue after the account ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account owners before it takes effect. Using Qrock after that means you accept the new terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria can hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be changed by contract.
